RULES/POLICIES
(This is a SPORTS COMPLEX)

SAFETY GOGGLES Must be worn by anyone in the playing field and target range at all times. Only goggles specifically approved for paintball that provide full face and ear protection are allowed. Modifications are strictly prohibited!

1. TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT all paintball equipment must be in a case or bag until player enters staging area.

2. NO SHOOTING in any areas other than the designated playing field and/or target range. No shooting into or out of the     registration area, neutral zones or parking area. Markers may only be discharged on the active field of play or target     range.* Barrel plugs/condoms must be in place at all times when not chronographing or playing, (follow instructions from     referee).*

3. REFEREE DECISIONS ARE FINAL and player or spectators will not be allowed to argue with the referees under any     circumstances.

4. BARREL BLOCKING DEVICES must be in at all times anywhere on the property other than the designated playing field     and target range. Barrell blocking devices must be specifically designed and manufactured for paintball markers.

5. NO BLIND SHOOTING at NO time is a player to fire over safety netting or out of bounds. NO shooting at wildlife,     airplanes, automobiles, parachutists, etc.**

6. NO CLIMBING of trees, vehicles, or any structure 4' or higher. Castles, forts, or towers must be clearly marked in the field     of play and meet our safety guidelines.

7. NO PHYSCIAL CONTACT OR CONSTRUCTION OF BOOBY TRAPS

8. NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS are allowed on the premises. Anyone engaging in these activities or who is impaired     will be ejected from the field.** Repeat violators will be banned from the facility permanently.

9. NO VERBAL ABUSE profanity, name-calling, or slurs against anyone's race, religion, or family members and friends will be     tolerated. Conduct yourself in a professional manner.*

10. NO SMOKING except in designated areas approved by the field operator.

11. NO UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT or potentially dangerous gear is allowed. All firearms, knives, machetes, etc. are     prohibited. The field operator must approve all equipment allowed on the premises. All markers must be chronographed by     a referee before entering any field, to ensure a velocity within safety limits. If anyone is caught playing with a HOT GUN     (velocity above safe limits).*

12. MODIFICATIONS ARE PROHIBITED Players are not allowed to modify safety goggles, rental markers, bunkers, or any     property on the premises.

13. SPECTATORS are required to wear safety goggles unless they remain a minimum of five feet behind the safety netting at     all times. No exceptions.

14. TANK-FILLS players are not allowed to perform tank-fills (no exceptions).

15. 3 BREAK RULES Any player who shoots a player excessively to cause more than 3 breaks or marks on that player are also     eliminated. (A break is a direct hit that leaves a paint mark the size of a nickel or larger).*

16. ELIMINATION a direct hit or break on your person or equipment the size of a nickel or larger, or any size spot from a     paint grenade or paint mine. When you are eliminated, yell hit or out and immediately put in your barrel plug or condom and     point your marker in a no fire position and walk rapidly off the playing field and to the safety zone.

17. PAINT CHECKS if you are hit but cannot tell whether or not the paintball broke, you can call for a paint check and a     referee will check you and make a determination on whether or not you are indeed eliminated. (A referee's decision is final).     If you think that you hit a player you may call a paint check on that player as well.

18. NEUTRAL PLAYERS sometimes during the course of a game it may be necessary for a referee to call a player neutral in     order to check that player thoroughly. When a player is called neutral by a referee you may NOT advance on, or shoot at     him/her. If you do, you will be called out of the game.

19. 20-FT. SAFE KILL RULE if you opponent is within 20ft. and does not know that you are there, you must offer that player     a chance to surrender by shouting twice. If that player does not or will not respond, you have the right to eliminate that     player. (Shoot them in the fanny back or somewhere else not to cause injury).*

20. EXPLAIN the safe use and operation of all rental equipment being used.

* 1st offense; sit out 1 game. 2nd offense; dismissal.         **IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL
